Adam Greuel

When Adam isn’t on the road as a professional musician, you can probably find him chasing fish on the fly in some kind of beautiful place. A vocalist and instrumentalist in such projects as Horseshoes & Hand Grenades, Berens & Greuel, The High Hawks, and Rucksack Revolution, he balances the rigors of touring with the relaxation of time on the water with a fly rod.

Born, raised, and currently residing in Central Wisconsin, Adam has been fishing Wisconsin waters since he can remember. His focus is predominantly small stream trout fishing using whatever tactic suits the fish, the river, and the angler on that particular day or night. With a deep passion for fly fishing, the outdoors, and exploration, Adam brings a strong understanding of the state’s waters, the fish that live within them, and the best routes to maximize your efforts during a day on the water.

“To me, nature and fly fishing are a great source of rejuvenation and relaxation. Likewise, there’s few things in this world that fire me up more than going out to a beautiful place and trying to catch some gorgeous fish. I want the angler to have some fun, be able to appreciate Wisconsin’s natural beauty, and hopefully get into some fish. I try to be flexible and help you to have the kind of day that leaves you feeling stoked to be alive, whether that’s from catching a gorgeous fish or just being out in the natural world enjoying a river..”
